THE CHEQUE I HAD PRINTED IS DAMAGED. CAN I CREATE/RE-PRINT A CHEQUE WITH THE SAME CHEQUE NUMBER?

  • No, you can’t create cheque with same number.
  • If you want to use same cheque then Go to Reports > Cheque Book Detail.
  • Select the ledger which Cheque number you want to reuse.
  • Select the Cheque Book of that ledger.
  • Then click on “Show” buttonThen click on that cheuqe number.
  • The “Mark Available” button will enable, click on that button and you can reuse that cheque.
